Romero was selected by the Domenici Conference Committee
to create commemorative artwork, to present annually to
each speaker at the Domenici Public Policy
Conference. Ms. Romero crafted a piece, Mary Walks
in Harmony, which captured the Domenici Legacy in a
single image, while also illustrating the artist's vision of creating an art piece to advocate for the preservation of our environment and all of its inhabitants, for all generations.
