Virginia Maria Romero created this oil painting in honor of her father William "Wild Bill" A. Holley who taught her the love of nature and wild places. Virginia donated this painting to the nurses and staff at the Mesilla Valley Hospice for their support and care during Virginia's father's last days at their facility.  The piece is on display in the public area outside  "Wild Bill"'s room (#6) in the original wing.
